  1. Gain strength and tone muscles ~ it’s a great workout without feeling like you’re exercising once you get lost in the music and art form!
  2. Increase your confidence and well-being ~ when you dance, your body secretes endorphins and dopamine, the ‘feel good’ hormones.
  3. Balance and Posture ~ we work with the body, focusing on alignment and poise while relieving stress and tension.

  5. Relaxation ~ bellydance can feel meditative, especially those moments when we get lost in the music and during the cool-down period.
