Tai Chi Gung, often called “a Simple Yoga,” is a moving meditation that supports the body’s natural response to the returning sunlight of February. Through slow, accessible movements and balanced breathing, the practice helps circulate chi—the vital life force—through body, mind, and spirit.
As you move and breathe in harmony with Nature, stress softens, focus improves, and energy begins to flow more freely. Movements may be done standing or seated, making this practice accessible to a wide range of bodies and abilities.
