This unique class combines gentle vinyasa-style sequences with the mindful use of light hand weights to build tone, stability, and confidence—all while maintaining your focus on breath and presence.
You’ll begin with flowing movements that connect breath to motion, enhancing mobility and circulation. The addition of light weights (1–3 lbs) helps engage and strengthen muscles in the arms, shoulders, and core without strain. After the flow, you’ll ease into restorative poses supported by props to release tension, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest.
This class offers the best of both worlds: a gentle strength practice followed by complete relaxation. It’s perfect for those seeking to build resilience, improve posture, and restore inner balance.
