Find your balance between movement and stillness in our Flow & Restore Yoga class — a perfect blend of gentle vinyasa flow and deeply relaxing restorative poses. This class begins with mindful breathwork and fluid, accessible movements that warm the body, build flexibility, and release tension.
After moving through a series of flowing postures, you’ll transition into restorative yoga, where props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks support the body in restful positions. Here, you’ll have time to fully unwind, calm the nervous system, and integrate the benefits of your practice.
Flow & Restore is ideal for anyone seeking both the energizing effects of movement and the healing calm of stillness.
