Experience a transformative flow in our “Vinyasa Strength & Serenity” class, where traditional yoga meets strength training. This 75-minute session combines dynamic vinyasa sequences with the incorporation of light weights to enhance your physical power while nurturing mindfulness.
We’ll kick off with grounding breathwork and gentle warm-ups, seamlessly transitioning into a vinyasa flow. As we move through familiar postures like Warrior, Tree, and Downward Dog, you’ll integrate light weights to challenge your muscles and deepen your engagement.
This class emphasizes fluid movement, encouraging you to build strength, increase stability, and enhance flexibility with each transition. You’ll develop a strong mind-body connection, focusing on breath and intention as you flow through invigorating sequences.
Suitable for all levels, this class invites you to cultivate strength while finding your rhythm and flow. Come ready to sweat, strengthen, and discover the power of mindful movement! ***Please bring your own light weights. We do have a small supply of our weights. Two sets of different weights if you prefer, otherwise one set is fine***
