Happy September! We wish you teachers and students heading back to school a great year.
Yellows, orange, red…our grounds are starting to reflect the change in season. A few trees and bushes are showing their fall colors and the late-summer flowers are in bloom. We invite you to come by for a walk on the trail and labyrinth or to sit and enjoy our new benches and picnic tables.
Reverend Denise’s memorial bench has been installed by the Labyrinth. Thank you to everyone who donated toward the bench and to Val, Nancy, and Steve for doing all the groundwork to make it lovely.

Annual Members Meeting
The annual KYWC membership meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 4:30 PM. All current members are invited to attend and participate in this meeting.
If you aren’t sure if your membership is current or you would like to become a member, please contact Steve at the Center. Dues are only $20 for one year and $30 for two years. (315-583-5500)
So far, the agenda includes introductions, recognizing our member volunteers, proposed committees, updates on KYWC projects, and your ideas for workshops and events. Snacks will be provided.
We hope to see you at the meeting!
Drumming and Meditation Circle
Make a joyful noise with Steve Williams and friends on Friday, September 8th at 6 pm. Bring your own drum and rattles or borrow one of ours.
We meet at the Stone Circle, weather permitting. $5 donation. Members free.
If you would like to schedule a private drum circle for your group or event, contact Steve at the Center.
Healing Sunday
Enjoy a relaxing 20–30-minute energy balance session with one of our certified practitioners.
Sunday, Sept 17th from 2 pm until 5 pm. Please arrive by 4 pm. By donation.
You are also invited to attend the Center for Spiritual Awareness Healing and Message Service at 11 a.m. and a Potluck Lunch following the service.
Therapeutic Sound Bath
Are you feeling stressed… less than optimal… in need of some me time? Do you want to experience deep relaxation… some time to heal yourself?
If so, we invite you to join us for a 60-minute therapeutic sound bath with Roxanne Turturro on September 9th from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. A $20.00 donation per person is requested to raise funds for KYWC.

Our 2nd Annual Psychic and Wellness Fair Fundraiser will be held in October or early November. This event is a joint fundraiser for KYWC and the Center for Spiritual Awareness. There will be energy healing, oracle card readings, raffles, and more. If you have a service or like-new items to donate or you want to volunteer to help out, contact the Center.
