- $120/10 classes prepaid
- $15 per class for 1-4 classes.

Miracle of Body Wisdom Workshop

PIVOT Wellness Initiative for Seniors
This 6-week program starts Tuesday, Oct 15th. Interactive, informative lessons on healthy aging. Cost: Free. Includes a catered lunch each week. Call Pivot at 315-788-4660 to register.
Group Sound Bath
Enjoy a relaxing sound bath with Michelle Gaeta on Saturday, Oct 19th from 5-6 pm. Experience a guided journey of breathwork, meditation, and the sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments. Mats and blankets are provided.

Healing Sunday
Enjoy a relaxing 30-minute energy balance session with one of our certified energy practitioners on the third Sunday of each month.
Sunday, Oct 20th from 2-5 pm. Please arrive by 4 pm. By donation.
You are also invited to attend the Center for Spiritual Awareness Healing and Message Service at 11 am. A Potluck Lunch follows the service. All are welcome.
3rd Annual Psychic and Wellness Fundraiser Fair
We invite you to our 3rd Annual Psychic and Wellness Fair Fundraiser on November 9th. Readings and Energy Healing sessions are only $20 each. Admittance is free.
We welcome donations of gift cards, gift certificates, gift baskets, and gently used items for our raffles and drawings. We appreciate your support.
