We have some wonderful classes and events for you this month.
Here’s what’s happening:
- Weekly Yoga Classes
- Mystical Spiritual Growth and Development Classes – Tuesdays at 10:00 am
- Secret Sauce of Manifesting Your Vision Workshop – Saturday, Aug 16th at 1:00 pm
- Healing Sunday – Aug 17th from 2-5 pm
- Herbalism Workshop – Saturday, August 23rd at 1:00 pm
- Radical Health and Wellness Event – Sunday, August 24th from 8 am-5 pm
Yoga Classes
Please get in touch with your yoga teacher to register for classes. Prices for weekly 75-minute classes are:
- $65/5 classes prepaid
- $120/10 classes prepaid
- $15 per class for 1-4 classes
- $10 per class for students, first responders, and military
Restorative Yoga with Betsy
Restorative yoga is appropriate for any level of ability – if you can lie on the floor, you can do it.
Register with Betsy at 315-480-7150 or betsy.naselli@yahoo.com. You do not need to commit to every Friday. Four students are required for each class.
Fridays at 9 am. The fee is $10 per 1-hour class or $80 prepaid for 10 classes.
Coming in September: Beginner’s yoga with Betsy on Wednesdays at 9 am.
Yoga with Carla
- Flow and Restore Yoga: Wednesdays at 6:15-7:30 pm
- Flow and Restore Yoga with light weights: Thursdays at 4:30-5:45 pm

Workshops and Events
The Mystical Spiritual Growth and Development Class
This ongoing class taught by Rev. Alice Chlumecky and Steve Williams meets on Tuesdays from 10 am to noon at $5 pp per class. This is an open class, so you may attend as often as you wish. A different topic is covered each week.
The new series on Spiritualism begins on July 8th. Topics will include:
*Tenets and beliefs of Spiritualism
*History of Spiritualism and Bible references
*Spiritual Laws and Principles
*Spirit Guides, teachers, and helpers

Healing Sunday

On Sunday morning, the Center for Spiritual Awareness invites you to attend the Healing and Message Service from 11 am until 12:30 pm. Donations welcomed.

Medical and Metaphysical Properties of Plants
In this herbalism workshop, you will gain an understanding and more meaningful connection to the world around us by learning and using the knowledge and wisdom of our ancestors.
