Happy December holiday season. Thank you to everyone who made our Psychic and Wellness Fair a success. We appreciate you coming out and loved seeing familiar and new friends. It was fun day!
This month, we invite you to attend Healing Sunday, the Drumming and Meditation Circle, Healing Sunday, yoga classes, and Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing. We also have a special silent auction item up for bid to help fund our re-roofing renovation.
Silent Auction
Come check out and bid on this gorgeous handmade quilt crafted and donated by Geri VanWormer, our local and famous quilt artist. The colors are even more vibrant “in person”. Geri said it took a year to make. We will continue accepting bids at the Center and by phone (315-583-5500) until the closing of Healing Sunday on December 17th. The current high bid is $80 (value $400+). Thank you, Geri, for this generous gift!

Meditation and Drum Circle
Make a joyful noise with drums, shakers, and rattles. Bring your own instruments or borrow one of ours. Steve Williams, facilitator.
The December Drum Circle will meet on Friday the 8th at 6 pm. We will celebrate the Yule and Winter Solstice Season. Cost: $5 donation. Members: free.
Winter Solstice Celebration
The Northern Rivers Grove invites you to join them in celebrating the Winter Solstice ritual with ancient songs and traditions followed by a delicious pot-luck feast.

Healing Sunday
Enjoy a relaxing 20-30-minute energy balance session with one of our certified energy healers. By donation.
December 17th, 2-5 pm. Please arrive by 4 pm for your session.
You are also invited to attend the Center for Spiritual Awareness Healing and Message Service at 11 a.m. There will be a live guitar accompaniment as we sing traditional Christmas carols. A Potluck Lunch follows the service.

Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing
Ready for an ultimate relaxation experience?
Join Roxanne Turturro for a restorative yoga and sound therapy class on 9 December 2023 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm. Restorative yoga requires no prior yoga experience. There will be 7 to 8 floor poses supported by blankets, pillows, and bolsters. Each pose is held for 5 to 7 minutes to promote deep relaxation. While you are in each pose, Roxanne will offer a sound therapy bath to further deepen peace and tranquility.
The cost is $30.00 per person, Space is limited, so please pre-register at the Center (315.583.5500).
