Ascension Demystified
Ascension is a personal internal journey from your own darkness into your own light. It is about your spiritual well-being and advancement as you raise your vibration and consciousness. Ascension is not a religion or prescribed path. It is your path, your way. This series will clarify basic terminology, describe how this process works, and introduce you to helpers and tools that aid your progress. Email Val at web@nnykripalu.org to register.
Dates: Wednesdays, Sept 11th, 18th, and 25th from 10 am until 12 pm (ish). Please arrive between 9:30 and 9:45. Feel free to stay after class for more conversation. Bring your lunch!
Cost: $40 for the series.
Val will also hold Saturday classes for four or more participants if you can’t make it during the week or this series fills up (2 spots remaining). Email Val.
Group Sound Bath
Enjoy a relaxing sound bath with Michelle Gaeta on Saturday, Sept 21st from 5-6 pm. Experience a guided journey of breathwork, meditation, and the sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments. Mats and blankets are provided.
Please arrive by 4:45 . Fee: $25 per person. Text or call Michelle at 910-987-0290 to pre-register by Thursday, evening, Sept 19th. A minimum of four people is required.
Healing Sunday
Enjoy a relaxing 30-minute energy balance session with one of our certified energy practitioners on the third Sunday of each month.
Sept 22nd from 2-5 pm. Please arrive by 4 pm for your session. By donation.
You are also invited to attend the Center for Spiritual Awareness Healing and Message Service at 11 a.m. A Potluck Lunch follows the service. All welcome.
Did you know that Ayurveda is a complete medical system dating back to BCE? It is based on the premise that remembering our essence – our true nature – is the most valuable thing we can do to cultivate well-being.
Don’t miss this opportunity to unlock the power of Ayurveda and start your journey towards an even more optimal well-being!
You are invited to attend the Free Talk at 10 am and/or the Retreat on September 14th. Registration for both events closes on Saturday, September 7th. Reserve your spot for the Intro talk at c@well-beingcompass.com.

The Northern Rivers Grove invites you to celebrate the ritual of Mabon, the Harvest Time Festival with them. This is a time to honor your personal thanks-givings and have balance in your life. The celebration will conclude with a potluck meal and social time. Please bring reusable plates, cups, and cutlery to reduce waste out of respect for Mother Earth.
September 28th at 3 pm at the Stone Circle, weather permitting. Donations appreciated.
