Come join us as we celebrate the Labyrinth’s 21st birthday. All are welcome. There is no charge for attending this event. Cash donations are much appreciated.
This event will go on rain or shine so bring your friends and enjoy the energy. We will be outdoors unless rain sends us inside.

Schedule of Events
Times may vary due to the weather and the number of people participating.
During the event, there will be a sign-up table for classes and more information about our yoga center, and to join our newsletter. An Energy Table and workers will be on the premises. Instruction on how to draw the labyrinth and a paper will also be available to take home for you to share.
12 pm – 1:30 pm
- BJ Mosher, Veriditas Labyrinth facilitator, will introduce the Labyrinth, and give walking information and a lecture.
- There will be a blessing by Steven Williams and Nancy Pfeil (Labyrinth founder for our center), followed by a smudging before walking the Labyrinth.
- Inspirational cards will be available to choose from before and after the walk with the help of Madison Cantwell Baitz.
- Sound bowl and tuning forks with Michelle Gaeta during the walk.
- The Plein Air artist will be on the grounds painting this event and the surrounding scenery. Jan will have an extra easel and paint set up, so perhaps give painting and the brush strokes a try. You might find a new meditative practice.
1:30 to 2:30 pm
- Kim Ward Tyron will be lecturing on the history of singing bowls and their modern-day use as a meditative tool. She will also talk about the different types of crystal and metal bowls, and the impact sound notes have on the chakras.
- Kim will be using her crystal bowls for the Labyrinth walk along with everyone else who would like to join in.
2:45 to 3:00 pm
- Clancy Cox will be teaching: Introduction to Chanting: Use your voice to balance your nervous system.
3:00 -3:15 pm
- All Labyrinth walk along with Clancy’s chanting. In the center of the labyrinth, we will do a “Scream” to release pent-up feelings that have been building up inside everyone followed by three beautiful Ohms.
3:20-3:40 pm
- Singing bowls by Roxanne Turturro while walking the Labyrinth doing the scarf dance. Please feel free to bring your lightweight scarves for this event. BJ and Madison will be leading this lighthearted dance and movement. join in with your singing bowls.
3:40-4:00 pm
- Introduction to Cacao Ceremony with Cheryl Corcoran and BJ Mosher with the last Labyrinth walk.
- Closing with a loving circle at the end of the event.

Presenters

BJ is a Reiki and Karuna Master and has taught Reiki at Jefferson Community College. In addition, she practices IET ( integrated energy therapy), Ama Deus, Reconnection therapy. Touch for Health, Healing Angels,
Mindful mediation Walks, Cacao Ceremonies, Breathwork, and other modalities she incorporates into her classes. She works with crystal and chakras, especially in the Labyrinth. BJ has trained with Lauren Artress, Donna Eden, Hank Wesselman in Hawaii, Alberto Villodo, Kathleen Barnes, Maryann Crouse, Don Brennan, Wanda Winters, Norma Gee, and Caroline Bodie and has had a Tibetan Monk attunement.
For the past seven years, BJ has been leading the TILT Meditation Walks in the North Country.
For 20 years, she has been on the Board of Directors at the Kripalu and Wellness Center in Adams Center NY, and is their Resident Labyrinth facilitator.
BJ and her husband Alex have the Treasure Island shop and an Energy Center called
Realm Shift in the beautiful Thousand Islands in Alexandria Bay. They live in Eleuthera, Bahamas in the winter where she started a meditation group in 2005 and builds Beach Labyrinths.

Nancy is a founding member of the Kripalu Yoga and Wellness Center and has been a part of the center for over 50 years, including being the current President. She’s been a yoga teacher for over 40 years and attributes a lifetime of healing and good health to yoga. Nancy feels blessed to have been a part of KYWC over the years.



Madison has two young children who she is raising to be conscious of their connection of body mind and spirit.

Currently, Kimberly is the District manager for a high-tech National respiratory company and leads a team of 50 patient advocates that assist COPD patients in obtaining the equipment they need to have a better quality of life.


Michelle’s certifications include: Functional Nutrition Education, Happiness Advantage Practitioner, Rahanni Energy Practitioner, Sound Healer in Crystal Bowls and other Instruments, Tuning Fork Sound Healing, Crystal and Chakra Healer
