KYWC News: May-June 2021

Happy Spring!

It’s so great to see the daffodils, tulips, and flowering trees in bloom. And it’s wonderful to have the positive energy of yoga flowing at our Center again.

Volunteers Needed

We could use some volunteers to spread the new wood chips on the walkway at that Center. If your high school student or scout needs to do community service hours, this activity counts because we are a non-profit organization.
Call Steve at 315-583-5500 if you can help out. Thanks!

Yoga Classes

We’d love to have you come and experience yoga with us. Classes are suitable for all levels. Bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets are props used to help you feel supported in your practice.

Please be mindful that due to NY State covid guidelines, class sizes are limited and safety measures are in place. Please preregister with the teachers if you’d like to attend their class. At this time, the following classes have openings.

Due to COVID, we are asking you to bring your own mat and props if you have them. If you need to use our mats and bolsters, please bring a large towel and two pillowcases (to cover the bolsters). Please bring your own blanket.

Also, please read these two posts before registering and attending classes.
